Boiler Helper
Overview
Assist the boiler operator to ensure the continuous supply of steam to the milling section and standard operating procedures and parameters are followed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist boiler operator on monitoring the standard boiling parameters.
- Boiler pressure gauge
- Boiler water level
- Water Hardness
- Water regeneration
- Assist boiler operator on monitoring the fuel consumption, steam, supply, blower motor, vacuum motor and relief valve.
- Assist Boiler Operator in ensuring that auto feeding equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in monitoring the fuel inventory (wood, coco shell, diesel, or bunker)
- De-ashing of boiler (boiler tube cleaning)
- Maintain the cleanliness of Bunker Fired Boiler control room
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the area
- Observers safety and proper housekeeping in the work area
- Performs other jobs as instructed by the Agency Coordinator
Qualifications
- At least Vocational or High School graduate.
- At least have an experience in handling machine
Competencies
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instruction and procedures.
- Ability to make or comply reportorial requirements.
