Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs general clean-up of all areas of the plant as directed.
• Manages routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Removes garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
• Facilitates emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Clear and clean job sites of debris and other hazardous materials and ensure that they are restored to their original states.
• Responsible for the over-all cleanliness of plant premises
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure appropriate disposing of trash.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Observes safety in the working area.
• Performs other jobs as instructed by the Agency Coordinator.

Qualifications          

• At least High School graduate.
