Overview
Assist the warehouse custodian to ensure the quality of the purchased supplies and maintenance of supply stock level ensuring that the needed supplies are available upon request.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Warehouse Custodian to check the quantity and quality of stocks received.
- Assist Warehouse Custodian to issued receiving report (RR) immediately after accepting the delivery supplies, issues Material usage report for all out-going material/supplies, issues stock transfer receipt for transfer of materials from warehouse to other location, and issues withdrawal slip for diesel.
- Assist Warehouse Custodian to implement proper and effective monitoring of all stocks inventory level to prevent over stocking or insufficiency of quantity on hand so as not to disrupt operation.
- Assist Warehouse Custodian to prepare and accomplishes material requisition on stocks within or below the re-order point level.
- Responsible in the supplies/equipment/spare parts stored in the storage and warehouse.
- Perform other task assigned by the Agency Coordinator.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate.
Competencies
- Ability to understand and follow specific instruction and procedures.
- Ability to make or comply reportorial requirements.
