June 2010, KFL MANPOWER AGENCY was established as a duly licensed manpower agency to provide our business partners with extensive services in hiring suitable applicants that meets their company needs and standards. A service provider which is duly formed, existing by virtue of laws of the Republic of the Philippines and registered in the City of Davao. Our main office is located at Premium Bikes 2nd floor, Crossing Toril, Davao City.

DRIVER MECHANIC
Professional who combines the roles of a driver and a mechanic. This role involves not only operating vehicles but also maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing them. Driver mechanics are often found in industries where vehicles are critical to operations, such as logistics, transportation, and emergency services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Graduate
• Significant relevant training or experience in vehicle mechanics
• 5 years experience driving professionally;
• Valid, current driving license with a clean driving record (no accidents)
• Professional, courteous and punctual
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willing and able to work in a team environment
• Good working knowledge of all major local road networks and city street.

AR COLLECTOR
Managing a company’s accounts receivable ledger, ensuring that clients or customers pay their invoices within agreed-upon terms. This role is crucial for maintaining a company’s cash flow and financial health.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Courses or any related courses.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in lending/collection operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• With Driver’s License and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

• Proven Experience as a Safety Officer. 6months – 1 year work experience
• 20s-30s of age.
• At least Safety Officer 1 or 2
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willing and able to work in a team environment
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Offices.

INVENTORY STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in business courses or any related field.
