Location: Brgy. Darong Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collate all production reports from Shift Supervisors and timely submit a crisp summary to the Management.

• Develop and review production plan with Production Manager for approval.

• Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.

• Escalate major issues to the Production Manager for resolution.

• Analyze causes of delays and interruptions and accordingly coordinate with the Production team to resolve the issues or to adjust production scheduling to meet deadlines.

• Monitor Production inventory to avoid shortages or excesses.
